We build AI and software that keep your operations running.

AI systems, custom agents, and operations software for companies from startup to enterprise, connected to the tools you already run and deployed to production. That includes dispatch boards, inventory systems, document pipelines, and the integrations between them.

What we build and how we work

3E Studios is an engineering firm that builds AI systems and operations software, and runs them in production for clients from startups to enterprises.

The work falls into five disciplines: AI systems development, custom AI agents, operations and logistics software, workflow automation, and data and integrations. A typical engagement produces software a team uses every day: a dispatch board with live driver locations, an inventory system that matches counts to purchase orders, an agent that reads incoming invoices and routes them for approval. We are a registered prime contractor on SAM.gov and take on both government and commercial work.

In a client’s operation the software attaches to specific points in the day. A warehouse gets pick lists generated from the order queue and a nightly sync that reconciles stock counts with the storefront. A field service team gets a scheduling board, a technician app, and RAG over the service manuals so answers come with page citations. Every action lands in an audit log, so operations and compliance read from the same record.

The senior engineer who scopes your project is the one who builds it. Work is planned as scoped milestones, and each milestone ends with running software you can try against real data. We deploy to production and integrate with the accounting, e-commerce, and fleet systems you already run. The free tools in our labs are public examples of how we build: a function grapher, a tax calculator, a route optimizer built on TSP heuristics, and an in-browser document Q&A.

Intake // after a first attempt

Many clients come to us after a first attempt at AI.

A pilot ran, or a tool was purchased, and it never made it into daily operations. We take over that work. We review what exists, keep what holds up, connect it to the systems your team already uses, and get it running in production.

Taking over a first attempt is a common starting point for our engagements.

What we do

Capabilities

Operations & logistics

Custom software for operations and logistics.

We design and build the software that runs physical operations: inventory, dispatch and routing, fleet tracking, scheduling, order management, fulfillment, procurement. Each system is built around how your operation already works and connected to the tools you already use. We work with organizations from startups to enterprises.

How we build

How we build your system.

An engagement moves through five steps, from an initial review of your operation to a system running in production. Work is organized into scoped milestones, and you see working software at each one.

  1. 01

    Understand your operation

We start by learning how your business actually runs: your tools, your workflows, and where time and money leak.

  2. 02

    Scope and real deadlines

You get a precise scope and honest dates up front, broken into milestones you can hold us to.

  3. 03

    Active updates and demos

Every week you see working software, not status reports. We adjust with you as it takes shape.

  4. 04

    Deploy and adopt

We ship to production, connect it to your existing systems, and make sure your team actually uses it.

  5. 05

    Automate and improve

With the system live, we automate more of your operation and keep tuning it against your numbers.

The orchestrator

One connected operation.

A central AI orchestrator plans the work, routes each task to the right agent or tool, gathers the results, and ships the outcome. One system coordinating your whole operation.
